2. Return Policy: What’s Acceptable and What’s Not

Return Window: “Beauty and Bains” offers a straightforward 10-day return period from the delivery date. This gives you enough time to examine your products while also ensuring they remain fresh and suitable for restocking purposes.

Note: We do not accept returns on our nourishing SPF lip Balm. For others, such as women’s slogan tees and Biki handbags, we provide easy returning options.

Eligible Items

Refundable and Non-Refundable Items such as:

Refundable: Our unopened beauty products and sealed skincare items can be returned. We also accept returns for any damaged or defective items immediately upon receipt. Without a receipt, your items cannot be returned. Hence, it is compulsory to have items returned like tees as long as they are returned within 14 days from the date of delivery and the item(s) are in the same condition as when purchased, except for lip balm.

Non-Refundable: For hygiene and safety reasons, our brand cannot accept returns on opened products or personal care items like lip balm. Hence, our lip balms are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Moreover, sale items and gift cards are also final sales unless defective.

Our Return Process

  • Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team to start your return. We will guide you through the process and provide a return authorisation to ensure smooth processing.
  • Package Items: It is advisable that you carefully pack your returning items in the original packaging with all components included. This helps us process your return quickly and ensures you receive your refund as soon as possible.
  • Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days after delivery. Refunds are always issued to the original payment method.

3. Shipping 

  • Return Shipping: Standard or specific returns require customers to cover shipping costs. You can return items at your cost. However, we do provide free return shipping for any items that arrive damaged or defective on our side.
  • Exchanges: “Beauty & Bains” offers exchanges. Yes, we do. We’re happy to exchange items for different sizes or colours when available. Exchanges are processed as soon as we receive your return to minimise waiting time.
